Heartfulness

Practitioners concentrate and activate the heart chakra which helps them to harmonise and radiate the energy that is of love, harmony and peace flowing from one individual across the Earth. This practice includes the crown chakra and heart chakra. It drives one to become fearless, communicate better, strengthen our immune system, remove the emotions like jealousy, hatred and anger. Infact it transforms these negative energies to flow in unconditional love.

Intensive Meditation

This technique involves physical movements. It helps one to remain mentally aware of the movements. This includes intensive breathing and mantra to be in a mindful state and enjoy the state of bliss – ‘Ananda’.

Shambhavi

A powerful mudra used during meditation to still the mind and to experience higher states of consciousness. This is one of the effective mudras for kundalini awakening. In this the practitioner visits the physical and subtle bodies.

Siddha’s Meditation

Practitioner raises the level of consciousness upto the crown chakra and releases all negative impressions or burdens carried by the soul. This sadhna enhances the inner power, removes all the blockages, fears and lack of productivity.

Prana Meditation

Involves three chakras of our body – crown, throat and heart. Helps to reduce ageing, anxiety and blockages. Also helps to cleanse the aura along with the healthy respiratory system.

Mindfulness Solutions

Given the current situation all over the world, it would be natural/reasonable to assume that people navigating new and challenging circumstances everyday in their minds. From a Young graduate to a corporate executive point of view, this mental health issue that is prevailing could lead to lack of focus, anxiety and productivity drops, amongst other results. Meditation – Relaxation

This soothing Relaxation Meditation by Sri Shivam ji, uses the technique of progressive muscle relaxation from toes to crown of head, very gently taking one to a deep state of calmness. When our body is relaxed, we cannot feel anxious.

This Relaxation Meditation can help to reduce the symptoms of many diseases and conditions such as heart conditions, diabetes, chronic pain, sleeping disorders, anxiety and depression.

It enhances mental, physical and emotional wellbeing thus improving our concentration, clarity of thought and joyfulness. It enhances mindfulness as it beautifully anchors us in the present moment. By being the observers to our body and channelizing the relaxation technique, we can heal ourselves.

Meditation – Divine Light

This Divine Light Meditation by Sri Shivam ji, is a guided meditation technique to connect with our own super consciousness. Our true self.  It is a journey within to find the answer to the quintessential question, “Who am I?”
